MMC focuses on global finance and tech sectors

MMC content & communications

MMC, a specialist international content, communications and PR agency, has created a new brand identity as part of its investment in a growth strategy focused on the finance and technology sectors.

The Douglas-based agency works with respected and well-known international brands based both on and off-Island, including Continent 8 Technologies, Options UK, Quilter International, Zurich International, and Virtual Live Racing. A new brand and website have been created as part of the brand identity project which is designed to align the business more closely to markets that are being targeted for future growth, says Founding Managing Director, Craig Wolstencroft.

He said: “We are an agency that’s focused on helping finance and technology sector brands engage with audiences across owned, earned and paid for media. We live in a very noisy, highly competitive digital world where consumers can be exposed to up to 10,000 brands every day. It’s an era of peak content where we are all overwhelmed by information, so it’s more important than ever for brands to cut through the noise.”

MMC’s decision to focus on the finance and technology brands, he added, is based on opportunities that have been created by many years of working with multi-jurisdictional and cross-border international clients in those sectors.

“We have seen first-hand how those verticals have merged to create a vibrant fintech industry. The market is growing at an astonishing CAGR of 24.8% with experts predicting it will be worth £300billion by 2022. That creates tremendous opportunities for an international agency with our wealth of experience and expertise, so the time was right to invest in a new brand identity to reflect where we are now, and create a strong platform to support our ambitions for growth.”

MMC offers customer-focused content, communications and PR services that enable clients to gain a competitive advantage, including content strategy, creation, and promotion.
