Options is an independent administration and trustee company providing specialist pension services and products to the UK market. Previously known as Carey Pensions, they were acquired by MM&C client STM Group Plc in January 2019. Options currently administers in excess of £1.7billion across a range of corporate and personal pension schemes.
To stand out in what is a busy and competitive marketplace, Options required a new and clearly defined brand. The brand needed to reflect the company’s promise – to bring an innovative, solutions-based approach to the UK pensions market.
Ensuring a collaborative approach throughout, we worked with the team to produce several brand concepts, ultimately resulting in a new brand identity, including logo, hero imagery and tone of voice.
Options’ brand imagery is inspired by the growth rings of a tree and reflects the strength and confidence the business has gained over the last 20 years, and the foundation which that provides to enable the business to craft solutions from products.
Options worked with their existing web agency to reskin the website, with a new website pending in 2020. We supported Options with new copy for the existing website to fall in line with the new tone of voice.
Gearing up for launch, where required the team created new social channels for the client as well as rebranded existing ones. A 2020 content plan will be driven forward by MM&C, which includes media comms and social.
